Licensed Professional Counselor

Board-Certified National Certified Counselor

As a Licensed Professional Counselor for over four years, I provide therapy to individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and their Christian faith. I am a firm believer that your past mistakes and/or current struggles do not define you. Due to my own experiences, I am able to relate to and empathize with most of the major issues that young and adult men struggle with and come alongside them to promote positive change using evidenced-based therapies as well as biblical truth.

In our sessions together, my goal is to help you feel seen and heard. We will work together to unpack and develop new tools to help you face life challenges, get unstuck, instill hope, and be the person you want to be.

I understand the stigma around reaching out for therapy but after seeking my own therapy and seeing the change and healing it brings, I can assure you that the stigma around mental health is absolutely false. There's only one way to find out, Let's talk.

One of my favorite quotes to encapsulate why I became a therapist:

“I would go to the deeps a hundred times to cheer a downcast spirit. It is good for me to have been afflicted, that I might know how to speak a word in season to one that is weary”. - Charles Spurgeon

Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Certified Clinical Partner Specialist-Candidate (APSATS)

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who is passionate about creating a space where you can show up exactly as you are without judgment, pressure, or pretense. My style is warm, grounded, and deeply human. I believe healing happens when we feel safe enough to be honest, seen, and supported, and I work intentionally to create that kind of environment.

I specialize in women’s issues and the complex emotional landscape surrounding breakups, relationship uncertainty, and dating challenges. I support individuals and couples who feel stuck, disconnected, or unsure how to move forward, helping them rebuild confidence, strengthen communication, and deepen connection with themselves and one another. I also walk alongside partners healing after betrayal, offering care that honors the profound impact these experiences can have on safety, trust, and identity.

Additionally, I work with clients navigating ADHD, high sensitivity (HSPs), grief and loss, anxiety, and faith-based concerns. I approach each of these areas with compassion, curiosity, and clinical insight, focusing on understanding your story and what matters most to you.

My goal is to help you feel less alone and more empowered, with a clearer sense of yourself and your relationships. Whether you’re healing after a breakup, navigating dating with intention, or seeking more clarity and connection in your life, I’m here to walk with you and support you at a pace that feels right for you. You don’t have to navigate this season alone.
